Circle of Life
Remembering your loved ones
Dragonview Gardens is a very special garden designed with the ones we love in mind and will be constructed starting spring 2011. It will be unveiled June 2012; it is also the year of the dragon. This brings much luck.
The garden evolved when the organizers of the Dragonboats for the Cure wanted to create a garden for families and friends to come and enjoy a beautiful waterfront park year around.
To be able to build a serene area for visitors to come, reflect and remember the ones that were affected by cancer.
Down the path from the garden is a 30 ft Hand Carved Granite Dragon that symbolises courage, strength and celebration, it will share with a beautiful landscaped park and floral colours that spring brings.
This is a 5 million dollar Fundraiser for all cancers, to be able to purchase much needed equipment for our community. Together we can make a difference.
The Tecumseh Waterfront Park is located In Tecumseh at the foot of Manning and Riverside drive.
The park will be unveiled this spring 2012 to a renewed beautiful park with pathways, boardwalks, landscaping, floral gardens, and seasonal plantings. Hand carved granite benches in memory of your loved ones. It will truly be a one of the most special parks in the region. A wonderful park, you can share with your family for a Sunday picnic, and celebrate in a serene waterfront park.
There are various ways to donate; we welcome your contributions, and donations from families and friends to support all cancers, your company can also contribute to the cause.
How you can donate
Engravings on the Circle of Life:
A very special way of remembering a loved one is to engrave a name on our circle of life wall, it is 90 linear feet of carved granite wall called The Circle of Life. A company name to support our community. A family name, a friend and loved one for lasting memory, and to support a very important cause. To help all cancers.

Plaques:
Your opportunity to purchase an individual 3x3 black granite plaque custom etched to your family’s requirements. You can place a name a photo and memory.
Your donation: $1,000
Granite Bench:
We have commissioned hand carved granite benches in the waterfront park around the Circle of life for purchase, to have a loving memory of your family member, to create a legacy for your family forever. An 11x11 size black granite plaque placed on the back of this 5foot granite bench. It is a wonderful way to remember and enjoy summer days and picnics in this new landscaped park.
